Won't let me finish

Hi, I have 2 things left to do in 4.4 and 4.7 but the only thing I can see is that the video's are unavailable so I can't watch them. I have googled and watched them through utube but it still won't let me complete. This is my last day of work for the year, I need this done. Please help!! Ive been trying to get this done the last few days.

hello I am trying to finish the whale sense training. I'm at 93% and I am stuck nothing that I try is correct according to the website. the first module on checking my understanding

I have tested Match the program requirements for NATURALISTS” and “Match the program requirements for CAPTAINS” activities on page "https://www.openlearning.com/whalesensealaska/courses/2024-training/check_your_understanding_part_1/?cl=1" and can complete it. It seems to be functioning without any issues on my end.
