Issue with Incomplete Activity Despite Completion

Hi there,

I recently completed all the activities in a course, but the platform still indicates that one activity is incomplete (98% done). I’ve double-checked and am certain I’ve completed it, so I’m wondering if this might be a system bug or if there’s something I may have missed.

Could you kindly look into this and let me know how to resolve it? I’d appreciate your assistance.
