I have completed the course ELTC level 3 and the certificate is awarded, but to download the certificate by clicking the "Download credential" shows : "this www.openlearning.com page can't be found"

, thanks for your reply. It looks like there was a glitch on this earlier, I tried it now and it appears to download just fine for the course English as Instructional Language for Preschool Teachers! Level 3.
