Cannot complete level 2
Hello..why I cannot complete my Level2 on the topic of Talk the Change : Reflect, Record, Respond? I have log out the account so many times but the problem persist. The page just appear at once, but I coudn't read the instruction and cannot click on the play button, all the page turn up blank. What should I do to complete my task on Level2?help me

We recommend clearing your browser's cache and cookies and then attempting to access the course again. If the issue persists, please try using a different, up-to-date web browser, such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. You can try with Incognito mode or even try using a different network, such as your mobile hotspot.
If the problem continues, please reply to this thread with a screenshot and inform us of the browser and device you are using so that we may investigate this matter further

HI.. I Also cannot finish my module because stuck in video page. can you help me? I try clear cache and update the browser but cannot proceed it.

Since your progress is now marked as complete, it appears the issue with the video has been resolved. Did you manage to get it working by trying a different device?
