Could not find the page to submit my e-certificates to my delima

Could not submit my e-certificates to my Delima account as required for Improve My T25 course which was supposed to be uploaded through the learning page in Set 3. What should I do? It's a compulsory requirement yet I could not find the page. My other collegues had theirs easily... So frustrated.
