Currently, there is no way to see the actual individuals who follow/subscribe to your blog.

However, you can see the actual # of subscribers by clicking on +New Post, and below the blog post field, you can find a checkbox for "Notify X# subscribers of this new blog post".

To see who subscribed to your blog, click on the Subscribe button. You'll then see the list of the subscribers and if you click on them, you'll be taken to their profile pages.
