Where do I get my certificate or badge?

There are a few ways you can download your certificate or badge.


1. An e-mail notification

Upon completion of your course, you'll receive an email from either OpenLearning or Accredible (depending on the credential system chosen by the course administrator) notifying you of being issued a certificate or a badge. The email will include a link where you can view and download the credentials. You can also use this link to add the credentials to your LinkedIn profile.

Please refer to the screenshot below from Accredible's website for guidance.

 


2. My Progress page

Alternatively, you can click on your progress bar to go to My progress page, where you can view and download your certificate.

 


3. Top bar

You can also view or download your credentials by clicking on the profile icon, and then choosing Credentials on the menu.

   


 Please note that credentials (certificates or badges) can be issued either automatically when you have completed your course or manually by the course administrator.

If you have any questions about the issuing of your certificate or badge, please contact your course administrator.

    Hello,

    I currently have not received a certificate for the completion of the Cohesion in Diversity course despite its completion approx 2-3 months ago. Is there a way to follow up on this?

    Same is happening to me. I completed the Policy Framework For Women-led MSME Access To Finance course two weeks ago and did not receive the certificate yet.
