RTCON20 course

I completed one of the courses in the RTCON20 course titled 'Engaging students in learning through Ed Tech Tools by Craig Kemp. I completed the quiz and there were ticks for all the responses however it keeps showing as 2/4 and I am not able to proceed further to print the certificate.
