Can't seem to complete the course

Hi there, I had completed all the activities necessary to achieve completion but I can't seem to get full completion. The sections containing videos and PowerPoint slides doesn't seem to be completed even when I watched the videos fully and downloaded the slides and so do some other pages where no further activities are needed.

    We've contacted the course staff and asked them to amend the issues in pages that are incompletable. As soon as we hear back from them, we will update you.
