Cannot open the next topic

I just finished the first topic. Unfortunately I cannot move to the next topic and it seems lock.

     Thank you for reaching out. Could you please provide the course name and URL so I can check the course for you? Also, can you double-check if you have completed the first topic 100%? Is there a date mentioned when topic 2 will be unlocked?
