Cannot Complete Module 3 Evaluation Survey - Needs Resizing

Hi, I think I need to complete the survey to complete the unit, however, as you can see in the screenshot, just between the blue box and the celebration image, it is impossible to do as the survey component of the webpage is too small. I have tried this in Edge and Chrome and it's the same. For the sake of a survey, the page has me stuck at incomplete, which means the unit is too. Please fix or offer me a workable solution.

    Please try to zoom in or zoom out by pressing CTRL + plus(+) sign or CTRL + minus(-) sign for Windows and CMD + plus(+) sign or CMD + minus(-) sign for Mac.

      Hi Ferry,

      Did you see my screenshot? There is an issue with the webpage in the sizing of the survey component. It is squashed in between the blue text box above and the congratulations image below. Hence why it has the scroll bars to the right hand side. Using these scroll bars moves the content up and down but the field of view is not enough to even see a full line of text. Zooming in and out with the browser does nothing to correct the problem that is within the coding of the webpage. I would hope that someone in your IT would be able to load the same page I am referring to and replicate the problem and make adjustments to the webpage script to adjust the size of the survey component.

      Could you please share the browser name and version number? If you are using Chrome, please help to try using Incognito just to test if you can see the survey section. If still no, please also try using Mozilla Firefox browser.

      I apologise, I was on a different account progress page just now. Yes, I can see the page is not completed yet.

        This was using Microsoft Edge 

      Version 125.0.2535.92 (Official build) (64-bit)

      but also had the same problem in Google Chrome, so I don't think it was to do with the browser. If you are forwarding on the concern, your website developers should be checking the functionality of that page across different browsers anyway. Unless someone else reports this problem now, I don't need any further help as I found that I was just able to see enough of one line of the survey, select a response and then use tab to jump to the next line, which got me through the survey. Just hope that was the only page with this issue. Anyway, hope the feedback helps.
