Answer all question but cannot pass

I have a problem. I can't complete one activity in a course to get a certificatre. I've answered all questions and submitted but still cannot pass 

Please help.

    I have completed a course and my feedback is not being acknowledged when I submit it. This prevents me from completing it in full and getting my certificate. The course was ASICS MoneySmart in Schools. Please rectify the issue asap.
