After I finished editing and clicked 'Done', sometimes the Short Answer widget did not save what I edited.

The attached images above is an example. I have saved and tried to answer back my own question, but I got incorrect. I have to reopen the Setup and click on Done again (sometimes multiple times), then only the answer became correct.

Other times, it was the question that was missing after saving. It occurs randomly. Again, I need to reopen the Setup and click on Done until everything is working fine.
