Incomplete progress

Good afternoon everyone, there are a lot of chapters under my course that are unfinished in the My Progress page as the number of the items on the course tasks doesn't match with those in the My Progress page.

Hope you could help clear it up and hopefully it shows up in the My Progress, as I've already finished everything

 

Please I need help on this

    I could see all of your progress is 100% completed now. Do you still seeing this issue?
