New Password is not working

User: j210201121@student.ums.ac.id

 

Issue:

The user is getting an incorrect email/pass prompt even after resetting the password.

 

Steps:

I reset the password for j210201121@student.ums.ac.id, then attempted to log in using the new password - incorrect username/password prompt comes up.

I reset the password twice to be sure that I am not mistakenly typing the wrong password - the same result.

 

Replication:

I attempted to replicate the issue on my OLG account and my test account, after resetting the password, I was able to login to both accounts using the new password.
