Pre-enrolment questions

It would be good if we could re-arrange questions while we are creating them as administrators. For instance, I forgot to include gender as one of the first questions to ask and have to now delete all the questions I have already created to have gender moved up to where I want it in the pre-enrolment survey. Similarly, it would be good to be able to edit the question, rather than having to delete it completely and create a new one, particularly because we can’t rearrange the order. I don’t suspect this would be too difficult to set up from a technical point of view.

I'm happy to let you know that our revamped pre-enrollment questions feature now allows you to easily rearrange questions and edit them as needed while creating surveys. You will however need to move your survey to the Learner Survey Builder app. For more details, please check our Help article. If you have further questions, feel free to reach out to us anytime.        Thanks! I'm still not sure how to do this as a pre-enrolment survey but I'll contact the support team to see how this will work for my course.

      Hi  in further inspecting this with the support team it became apparent that this solution doesn't really address the pre-enrolment questions issue as the new Learner Survey Builder app is set up to be an institutional level survey, rather than a course specific one. In this way, we continue to be unable to easily rearrange questions and edit them as needed while creating the pre-enrolment questions that are course specific (rather than something that all courses within an organisation/institution have). That’s a shame.
