I've completed the Speaking Task: Social Issues of Theme 3 and Pop Quiz: 1. However, the progress status is still showing not completed.

Hi...need some help. I am confused. I have done my speaking until 81+ done. When i open once again it is on 50+ ....is it that i open 2 account? I am not good at it. Please help
