How do I create an institution portal?
If you had not created an institution portal when you first subscribed, you can follow these steps to create an institution portal.
Please note you will need to be subscription owner or subscription administrator in order to create a portal.
Click on your profile icon and choose Manage my subscriptions on the drop-down menu.
Choose Manage institution.
Fill out the "Institution name" and "Institution URL" boxes and click on Create institution.
Important! The institution name can be changed at any time, but the institution URL cannot.
Most subscriptions allow only one institution portal. Please contact your Account manager or Customer Success team if you would like to upgrade.
If you are an institution owner or subscription administrator, and there is an institution portal under your subscription that you haven't joined yet, you can join one via the "Join existing institution".
