Ayuda!! Aplicación Movil No Responde

Hola, buen dia!

Es posible me puedan ayudar a resolver el inconveniente que se presenta continuamente con la aplicación. Normalmente no puedo iniciar sesión, lanza mensajes como que no estoy registrada o que me ponga en contacto con el administrador del curso o el desarrollador de la aplicación. 

¿Que sugerencias me pueden ofrecer?

    One of my students is having difficulty accessing the course on the phone app.  The error message that comes up is "Your account is not registered with" then the name of the course.  The student is registered in the course, so we can't figure out how to help them have access.  Please advise.

      Dra Carmen Ranalli Morrison Hi Carmen! Could you please let me know what the student's email address is so I can double check that they are enrolled in the course? Could you also make sure the student is logged in with the same email address that you invited? Sometimes the problem is that the student logs in with the wrong account.

      Omnaya Omar about providing the email of the student who cannot enter I want to mention that it is not only one, it is all students.
      Even me, if I try to log in from the account with which I am administering the course (cmorrison@reclaimlifenow.org) it marks me "your account is not registered whit ...".
        I can enter well, but once inside, when selecting one of my courses, send the previous message.
