In the “Assess Learners” page, there is a “Export” button that allow user to produce a csv or excel file. The file contains learner data and result of assessments as they are designed in “report design”. It is good. However, the resulting data are of mixed type. For quizzes, they are in the form of integer number that refer to the points that learners get. For assignments where assessments use categories or bands, the results are in the form of labels.

We need more quantitative results. The “Assess Learners” page already have the desired data. It displays a table containing learner data and assessment results in percentage numbers only. The table header contains weight of each assessment component (see figure). Please provide a way to export result containing such data. To integrate with our system, please also provide an API containing similar data.

The excel export will help lecturers in processing the report and convert them to a form that is required by the University.

The API will enable integration of learning result directly into our system. The main problem for integration of Open Learning and our system at the moment is getting this learning result.
