Downloading Articles on a Mac Computer/IPhone

I am unable to download the articles per the hyperlinks.  When I select the articles a web page opens up vs. downloading the document.  Screenshots are attached.

I am working on a MAC computer and on my Iphone through the App I have the same result.

    I'm sorry, but I'm not clear on the 1st screenshot, however, I can see hyperlink(s) for documents on the 2nd screenshot. are you trying to download the Required Materials from the 2nd screenshot? If yes, can you please share a link to the page so I can investigate?
