Unable to access course pre-work

Hi 
I enrolled for Data Engg Foundation Course started 23 Apr 2026. When I enrolled I noticed there is a course pre work. I thought of doing it today but whenever I am accessing my course page it says course has ended.

Can you please assist?

    I’ve checked your account and you are all enrolled Class of 23/04/2026 Online (7:00PM - 9:30PM) .

    To pinpoint why you're seeing an ended message, could you please provide:

    • The URL of the course or the specific page where the pre-work is located.
    • A full-window screenshot of the error message you're seeing.

    Once I have these details, I can check the settings on our end and get this sorted for you.

    I am a repeater candidate fie LKM 111

    i am not able to access the module one 

    it says the class has ended you cannot access the class
