Certificate Pending
I am wondering how long it takes to receive your certificate? I completed 'Supporting Student Investigations with Primary Connections' a week ago and I still have not received my certificate. It says I have completed the course but then says 'certification pending - Primary Connections will issue you a certificate once they have ascertained the modules completed.'
How much longer will I need to wait? I need the certificate showing my completion and hours in order to renew my registration. I have completed other Primary Connections courses through Open Learning and I received my certificate straight away.

Hi there! The issuance of your certificate depends on whether or not the course provider has set up to issue it automatically or manually. In your course, it looks like they will manually issue it to you as soon as they have ascertained that you have completed all your modules.
Also, we don't have any information as to when they can release it to you. For course-related or course-specific queries, I suggest reaching out to your course provider directly. Hope this helps!
