Learners completed the course, but no cert id is showing

Hi,

 

in the administer learner page, i came across the this issue

 learner completed the course and certificate been generated

 

 but Why the certificate id and completion date is not shown on earlier screenshot ?.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    The learner was enrolled in two classes within the same course. If you go to the class of Jan 2024, you'll see the completion date and the certificate ID for this learner.
