Problem with Widget- Matching

Hi there to OpenLearning Technical Support:

Been trying out the matching widget for one of my activities online and am running into problems.

Issues are as follows:

1.       I can’t seem to make corrections to match the right sentence stem to the answers.

2.       When I deleted the first attempt (see 1) and created another with the same widget, I tried to match and was given “Incorrect – please try again” even though the answer is correct.

3.       I tried to call your Hotline for Help – 03-2630 6499 but got the message: "The number you have dialled is not in use.” When I called another number -  03 84001132, I got a voice recording asking me to leave a message. Not exactly what I was hoping for -hmmm. 

Anyway, thanks in advance of some real help that you can offer.

    Hi  Lim SL , thank you for getting in touch! 03-2630 6499 was the old hotline, our current hotline is 0384081132. Oddly, we received your voicemail but your call didn't pop up. We tried to call you back afterward. We'll try to call you again tomorrow morning.

    Hi Teuku,

    Many thanks for your prompt reply. Haven't seen yet your email message but will definitely check it out. Not sure what you mean by my call not "popping up".  Please don't try to call me - will be running around tomorrow as we have some function.

    If things still aren't clear, I will either email you or post another message here.
