I Cannot Access Any of my Training Modules

Today morning I listened to the videos, currently I was unable to open them or send the required exercises, what is the solution?

      Ali mohsen ahmed zeyad It appears that the images included in the page link you sent (those that contain the video titles) don't bring you to the actual video links to watch them.

      If you go through the learning activities tab on the left navigation inside your course, you will see the different modules that contain the videos. From there, you can watch the videos and proceed to completing the course. I also checked the videos and they work well from my end. 

      If for some reason, they don't play from your end. Deleting cache and cookies from your browser and refreshing it will usually resolve this issue for you. Hope this helps and let me know how that goes!

      Diane Luchavez I was able to watch the videos from the application, but I could not watch them from the website.

       Ali mohsen ahmed zeyad May I know what browser you're using and can you please provide a screenshot? I checked both in Chrome and Firefox and the video plays from my end.
