Changing format of video

hi! i wanted to play the videos for my course but i couldn’t. it says that it’s either the connection that is the problem or the format is not supported. i am pretty sure that my connection has no problem at all. I wanted to study my course so bad, how can i change the format?🥺

    Hi Fatin,

    Thank you for your response. I checked the  https://www.openlearning.com/courses/malaysian-sign-language/abjad_a_e/?cl=1 you mentioned and review the 2 videos in them. Both the videos are working fine.

    Please find attached files that show the videos are playing well. Request you to kindly refresh the page and try from your end.
