Videos not playing

Hi there,

i have the issue that some / nearly all videos are not playing for me and I cant complete sections in the models. Can I please get some help on how to fix this.

I am currently completing the telehealth course

  Unfortunately, I'm unable to replicate your issue - all the videos play well on my end. Please note they are hosted on Youtube so if you are on a network that bans Youtube, that would be the reason. Are you able to try on a different network (at home, school, office, etc) or mobile data?
