Can't reach the full percentage due to a bug

Hi, there seems to be a bug that keeps saying I have the wrong answer even though I have put in the correct answers according to my lecturer. Right now, this bug is the only reason I can't get 100% completion. This is for the Effective Listening course. Here is the link:

    I'm afraid this is not a bug as suggested. I have compared your answer to what the course created has set up within the course, and your response is indeed incorrect. Please get in touch with your course facilitator for further assistance.
