The activities do not load

Hi. I have problems with my course. I have refreshed my page countless times, and after checking, I have no connection problem. But the activities do not load and my course administrator can't seem to solve it either.

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    Are you referring to "Crossword Puzzle" page? If yes, I've done a quick test and was able to load the activity on Chrome and Firefox. Would you be able to use Chrome or Firefox (please also ensure that the browser already updated to the latest version) to test if you could load the activity?

      Ferry Darmadi Hi, Sir. Yes, I'm referring to "Crossword Puzzle". I have tried it with Chrome and no, it is still cannot load. But I have tried it with Firefox and it worked. Thank you for your assistance, Sir.
