Notifications not displaying consistently in firefox

The notification window when you first log into the course normally shows a small number in a pink bubble. This doesn't show consistently (doesn't show up at all) when using Firefox browsers on a Windows PC. I then miss notifications.

    I have attached a picture that shows where to look for notifications on the OpenLearning platform. That screenshot was taken from a Firefox browser. If it's not working for you, please send us an email to support@openlearning.com with some screenshots so we can look into this further for you.
