I can't complete the course

Hi there, I had completed all the activities necessary to achieve completion but I can't seem to get full completion. I have completed Writing: Theme 2: Links to AI tools for Writing Self-Assessment

I have clicked all the links provided and leave a comment countless of time. However I have not been verified. This prevent me from getting a certificate for this course.
