Hi there, we highly suggest that you complete the knowledge check on a computer using a desktop browser preferably chrome or firefox. otherwise, use google chrome on your mobile device, and then enable desktop site to load the page in desktop view (tap on the 3-dot icon, and then tap on 'Request Desktop Site' or 'Desktop Site'. Let me know how it goes.
