    To assist you better, could you please share the course link you’re accessing? Also, could you let us know the exact error you're encountering? A screenshot would be really helpful too!

    In the meantime, that specific error usually happens if a browser is a bit out of date. You might want to try updating your browser or switching to Chrome or Edge to see if that fixes it.

      This error is only occurring in one topic within the Module

    Hi, I just explored the page (https://westernx.edu.au/courses/ecd/exploring_bps_further/) and couldn't find any errors. See my screenshot attached. Can you record and share from your view?

      When I try to open the Exploring BPS further model AND the Assessment 2A the content starts to load and then it disappears. I have tried updating the safari browser and tried on chrome too. This does not happen on any other modules. I am unable to upload the screenshot video here, can I email it? Thanks
