Hi! I recently completed the "Building Capacity for Domestic Violence Inquiry and Intervention" course. However, I’m having trouble accessing my certificate. Every time I attempt to view or download it, whether through a web browser or the mobile app, I receive a blank page containing only the signatures, without any of the course details or my information. I have tried downloading it multiple times, but the result remains the same. Has anyone else experienced this, or could someone from the support team guide me on how to resolve this?
