OL chat is intermittently missing on course pages
Issue Summary:
The OpenLearning chat feature - for students to chat with their class members is missing intermittently on course pages.
So far I've found chat is still visible on the OL homepage, but disappears once you access a course.
It's appearing in some courses but not in others, regardless of role (student, admin, facilitator)
