Issue Summary

When I go to the page editor modal from Course Setup > Content and click Edit, the course banner should display at the top of the page. Currently, the banner does not show and instead, is showing a white block where the banner should be.

Core functionality is not impaired.

Steps to recreate

• Go to Course Setup > Content
• Navigate to a page and click Edit
• This will bring up the pop-out modal page editor
• The course banner section will be blank/white
• This is occurring in any course
