I can't complete the course

Hi, I have completed the study for https://www.openlearning.com/csu/courses/health-coaching-solving-the-puzzle/homepage/?cl=1 Health Coaching Fundamentals course, but I am finding that the system won't recognise my submission for part 2.3. I have submitted 3 x. I would like the course finalised so I can receive the certificate. Thankyou Melia

    Hi Melia, thanks for reaching out. I took a look at the course and your response to Learning Activity 2 has been successfully submitted. This is not what's preventing you from completing the said page.

    I tested and I'm able to reach page completion, as shown in the screenshot. Please make sure to:
     

    - To read all the information from the top all the way to the bottom of each page
    - Watch each video to the very end until it stops playing on its own
     - To complete all activities on each page

    If this still doesn't work, sometimes it's a cache, browser extension or device issue. You can troubleshoot by:

    - Trying again in a different browser
    - Trying again in an incognito window
    - Trying again on a different device
