AGSM Negotiation Fundamentals is failing to load content

Getting two errors:

FAiling to load content.

Error 41003 Signatures do not match.

 

Also the submit button gets a circle with a cross through it preventing submission.

I suspect a lot of these issues are because there's a progression code preventing the next step until something is completed however any hang up at oe step is derailing the whole process.

      Alenka Prezelj Troubleshooting - Events API | Learnosity Reference  Ensure that your Consumer Key and secret and domain are correct as per those provided by Learnosity, and ensure that your signature generation matches that provided in the Security and Authentication section.

       

      I can't authenticate the widget through elearning.

      Hi Leticia Tolson , unfortunately Learnosity is not supported on our platform anymore due to licensing issues (their licenses are now focused to other software providers, not to educators). Thank you.

      Hi Leticia Tolson we received confirmation from the course administrator that this course is actually a test course and was not meant to be turned online. As the course creators requested, we have gone ahead and turned the course offline.
