Hi, I am an administrator at a tertiary institution that subscribes to open learning. how to access closed courses. We want to do a course evaluation, but we can't access the courses we want because the courses we want to access have been closed

      Hardianti Hi Hardianti! To be able to access a closed course you need to be added as a course administrator. This can be done either by the current course administrator or by OL (if we get confirmation from the course staff)

      Hardianti Hi Hardianti, thanks for getting back. In order for us OL to be able to add you to the courses in question, we need the request to be coming from the current course administrators. Kindly have the course admins from the email address associated with their course admin OpenLearning account send an email to support@openlearning.com to request adding you to the courses in question.
