Trouble in accessing chats in open learning

Hi,

 

I am unable to access the chats in open learning. I can only see chat history, in which messages from earlier chats are all mixed up. Please advise.

    I have the same issue. It takes ages to load the chat page and all the messages are either jumbled, missing or the same for each recipient. I can not seem to send a message either, or at least it doesnt show up in teh history when I do.
