Completed Course online isn't registering on my hours accreditation hours for NESA

Hi,

I have completed two courses - Social and Emotional Learning  (3hrs) ID: 46XJ90Q9LNA6X and Building Students self awareness (2hrs) ID: Z393Q3GLQBXXD both through Open Learning which couldn't be submitted automatically through to NESA upon completion of the course. Every time I submit the page through it won't allow if for some reason. Can you please fix?
