Pet sitters assessment

It is essential to wash hands with ____ and_____ after patting, feeding, handling, or having any other contact with animals, their living quarters, or their waste.

 

Answer : water and soap is the ideal answer.  

 

But when I submit I still get the result as incorrect answer. Has anyone completed the course? With 98% progress I am still unable to submit to obtain certificate. 

 

Help please.
