Unable to access contents
Ive purchased a course and I cannot log in - using the App I get the spinning loading message and on desktop it doesnt look like I purchased it. I definitely got charged

The course title and URL
The email address that you used to register for the account and purchase the course
Any transaction receipt, details that you received
The method of purchase and device?- ie browser, mobile app
