I noticed the course admin had limited the number of submissions to three for this particular assessment.

You won't be able to submit again if you've already submitted three times which I believe is your case. I suggest that you contact the course creator/admin for further assistance on this particular matter.

You can either add a comment within the course for the facilitator to reply or send them a direct message on their profile page if they have chat enabled.
