NIOSH TENAGA SAFETY PASSPORT LEARNING (ENGLISH VERSION)

Hello everyone,

Could you please help me with the issue regarding JOIN NOW button of this course which has the same name as the title of this post? I paid for this course yesterday and my registration has been successfully submitted. The course will be held on the 24th of November.

My question is: Will the button JOIN NOW work on the 24th of November when it is the time for the course, because it doesn’t work now?

    Thank you for your email. I replied to you because I did everything you'd said and I still can't listen to the course. I had a note JOINED IN and that it starts on the 24th of November, but then it disappeared. Now I have JOIN IN orange button again and when I click on it, nothing happens. 

    I am not sure when the course starts because it doesn't say on the website, but I have an agenda from the organizer that it starts in about one hour (8:45), if I am right.

     

    How can I listen to the course? Maybe the button doesn't work because it doesn't get me anywhere when I click on it? Should I get a notification when the course starts?

    Hi Marijana,

    Upon checking, you should now be able to access the course. The course's timezone is set to Kuala Lumpur GMT+8. When converted to your time, the course starts at 2:00 am.

    Please let me know if you encounter any further issues while taking the course.

    I wrote you an email just now. I did access the course for a while, but someone just removed me from it. I don't have that course anymore in my list. 

    Could you please check what happened?
