Dementia care for the care worker
I have tried answering an activity on the topic 'Lack of participation' in Module 4 several times,but the feed back 'incorrect try again' is not going away.No matter how many times l click on 'check' ,that feedback is not disappearing.I am on 99% and am stuck there,please help.I have tried to log in and out and restarting but the 'incorrect try again 'feedback is not disappearing.

You're almost there! I've managed to go to the Activity, ticked the answer, and managed to get the right answer. It was counted in My Progress too. Please see the image below. I kindly suggest going back to the previous pages and look for the best answer.

Glad to hear that.
Your certificate should have been emailed to you automatically once you reached 100% completion in your course.
You can also download your certificates from here upon 100% course completion. Hope that helps.
