Issue with incomplete activity

Hi, I have completed all the modules in my course Clinical Audit: An Introduction, however it still shows that Module 6 Lesson 6 is incomplete (99% done). I would appreaciate if you could look into this and do let me know how to resolve this, in case I have overlooked anything. Thank you.
