Course incomplete
Hi there,
I have completed every task (video, post, and quiz) but 2 sections will not show the completed 'tick'. I have returned to them and cannot get it to change.
I have completed the evaluation page but guide states that I've only complete 92% of the course.
How can I change this? Have I missed something? Will I still get my registered hours (my course finishes on the 13th December)

Hi Chloe! Thanks for getting in touch. It seems there are a couple of slight tracking errors in the course that need to be taken care of by your course creator. We have contacted them regarding the issue. Once they make the changes, you will receive 100% completion. I will let you know once I hear back from them :)
As for your registered hours, OpenLearning's team is not responsible for any outside credits or certifications. I would recommend getting in touch with your program or institution directly and letting them know there has been an issue.
