Not Receiving Notifications (Mobile)

OL's mobile app (iOs) doesn't notify me of any updates. I have to manually check within the app everything to see if I missed anything out. Even if there's updates, the app will fail to notify me. I've never once received a mobile notification on OL's app.

 

Does anyone else face the same problem? When will this be resolved?

    Hi Abigail, we were able to get notifications on comments, likes etc on the iOS app.

    Can you please check if you have the notifications enabled correctly for this app on your device?

    To check this, please go to Settings > Notifications  and tap on OpenLearningClient. Please ensure the the toggles for Allow Notifications, Sounds and Badges are switched on and the alerts are all ticked.

    If the notifications only appears for a little while, you can change the Banner Style option to Persistent.
